As a paralegal, you will work in partnership to seek out and support three legal advisors with respect to the WCAT, the Court of Appeal, third parties and investigative matters.

You are responsible for reviewing WCAT records and making recommendations to legal counsel. This role may also complete submissions and/or appear on behalf of the WCB on behalf of the WCB. In addition, the paralegal will also research, prepare and support legal counsel with respect to legal matters, model contracts, third-party matters, collective bargaining and internal relations with WCB employees. .
