Refusing To Sign Buyer Agency Agreement

I am not asking for this agreement. It`s too intimate of 7 pages. The only time I asked for one, the person signed the document and didn`t buy me. It`s different in every state, but don`t be fooled!!! Even if it is necessary, agents put it in a form where you attach yourself to them for X months. It is not necessary. So they say, „Sign this form, the law requires it, it`s 18 paragraphs long.“ If, in fact, only 1 or 2 paragraphs are the necessary part. And if you find a great agent willing to work like that.
