Guarantee data is made up of claims data and additional data. Claim data is data collected during the processing of warranty requests and additional data is additional data, such as production and marketing data.  This data can help determine product reliability and plan for future changes.  Some safeguards require that repairs be made by an approved service provider. In such cases, the service by the staff or the unauthorized company may (cancel) the guarantee. Under the Magnuson-Moss Act (usa), federal law, which regulates guarantees, which was adopted in 1975), if the guarantee is not the full or partial payment of the work (to repair the device or system), it is the choice of the owner who provides the work, including the possibility of DIY repairs (“Do It Yourself”) repairs, in this case the device or the owner of the system will pay zero dollar for the work, but the company that provided the warranty must always have all the necessary parts for the absolutely free repair. In contract law, a guarantee is a promise that is not a contractual condition or a non-appointment clause: (1) It is a term that “does not go to the root of the contract” and (2) the innocent is only eligible for damage if it is violated: That is, the guarantee is not true or that the defaulting party does not fulfil the contract in accordance with the terms of the guarantee. Material – to the extent that the manufacturer`s return policy allows; Materials, accessories, devices and parts can be returned if: 1) the packaging is not open and is still in the manufacturer`s sealed packaging, and 2) are returned within thirty days from the shipping date. If the manufacturer`s return conditions permit, if the manufacturer does not authorize the return of the software, no return is accepted by the Seller. C. Damaged Products – Packages that are clearly damaged must be refused at the time of the initial delivery test. Non-majority goods (not all-inclusive) – the following items cannot be returned: ` Items settled ` Special items` – Items for which manufacturers do not accept returns – Custom System Configurations – Open Units, and/or units requiring repackaging – Units in an inadequate resale state – Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished Products F. Return process – All returns must have the return number (RMA) issued by the Seller – If the return complies with the seller`s return rules, the buyer can obtain an RMA number by addressing customer service.
