You may not assign all or part of this agreement or transfer licenses without Microsoft`s consent. c. End User. i. The Global Agreement. This Agreement is the whole agreement on its subject matter and supersedes all prior or simultaneous notifications. In the event of any conflict between the documents in this Agreement that is not explicitly resolved in these documents, their terms apply in the following descending order of priority: (1) this Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, (2) the Online Terms of Service, (3) the details of the current offer, and (4) all other documents in this Agreement. “Portal” means the websites of the online services that are available on products.office.com/en-us/home, azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ or other website that we have identified. With this new agreement, Microsoft is advertising as a simplified way to acquire Azure services and manage costs. Among the strengths, online services refer to all online services hosted by Microsoft, including Government Community Cloud Services and Dynamics CRM Online Services, Office 365 Services, Microsoft Azure Services, or Microsoft Intune Online Services. This Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement is between the legal entity you represent or, if you do not designate a legal entity in connection with a subscription purchase or subscription renewal, you individually (“you” or “your”) and Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”, “we”, “us”, “us” or “unser”). It consists of the online terms and conditions of service, SLAs and offer details for your subscription or renewal (together the “Agreement”). It will be effective on the day we confirm your subscription or the renewal date of your subscription, if applicable. Keywords are defined in Section 8.

(ii) for state tenders, the requirements referred to www.microsoftvolumelicensing.com/DocumentSearch.aspx?Mode=3&DocumentTypeId=6; and any reference to “day” in this Agreement is a calendar day. . . .
