The shipper warrants, binds and agrees that the ownership, equipment, goods sold is (is) the property of the supplier and that there are no instructions, judgments or other charges against the ownership, including all rights of sale or transmission, of the shipment (property, equipment, goods). The parties agree that ownership of the shipment remains in the hands of the sender until such lot is sold in separable parts or entirely by the recipient. An on-air sale is a sale of goods through a merchant or agency, the ownership of the goods not doing the recipient`s business. In addition, it is a contract in which the goods are received for sale by the recipient, the mark-up being his commission, with the obligation to transfer the proceeds of the sale within the agreed period or to return the goods if they are not sold to the sender.
