We may amend this Agreement from time to time and the revised Agreement will take effect immediately after the revised Agreement is posted on our website, provided however that we notify you of the revised Agreement and give you the opportunity to terminate this Agreement in writing within 30 days of the posting of the changes. If you decide to terminate the agreement within this 30-day period, you are not subject to the provisions of the revised agreement. The parties agree that all conditions indicated in your order or in any other order document (with the exception of order forms) are not valid. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the following documents, the order of precedence is (1) the applicable order form, (2) this Agreement and (3) the documentation. If LinkedIn processes personal data (as defined in Section 1 of the DPA) on behalf of the Customer under this Agreement, LinkedIn and the Customer will comply with the terms of the LinkedIn Data Processing Agreement currently available under www.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa („DPA“) the terms of which are included in this LSA. . . .
