Data Service Agreements

This is why the modern market talks about services such as Big Data as a Service, which are becoming more and more popular due to the increase in the volume of information. The Company acknowledges and agrees that utilityAPI is not required to monitor or monitor the content of communications or data transmitted through the Services and that utilityAPI is not responsible for the content of such messages or transfers. Data analysis is used for multiple purposes: improving system performance, decision-making support for the management of company products, risk assessment of decisions, etc. Typically, companies use different systems for each of the big data processing applications. Since the cost of these operations requires more and more resources, it is better to create a single infrastructure that supports data extraction, processing, visualization and general big data management functionality. UtilityAPI will provide the Company with the services provided for in this Agreement, subject to adequate maintenance and unavailability caused by circumstances that are not adequately controlled, including, for example. B force majeure, government acts, floods, fires, earthquakes, riots, terrorist acts, strikes or other work problems (except for a problem involving our employees), failure or delay of Internet Service Providers, or actions of third parties, including, but not limited to, denial of service attacks. Big data as a Service (BDaaS) is a relatively new concept in the world of technology, although IT contracts for these services are gaining momentum. Given the needs of regulation, personnel and other operations related to big data, it is becoming a must in a fast-growing and modern world.
