17.5 Comprehensive Agreement This Agreement and the documents referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Parties on their subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, assurances and warranties on this subject. 17.7 Modification We may change this Agreement at any time and from time to time. We will notify you of any changes that will materially affect your rights, in accordance with the notice provisions contained in this Agreement.
