Customer may not install or use any third-party software or technology that would subject Microsoft`s intellectual property to obligations beyond the obligations contained in these Professional Terms of Service or Customer`s Volume License Agreement. This benefit varies by application, system, and server. Eligible customers will receive an access code (for applications, systems and/or servers) of registration/qualification agreement. Customers with qualified server products are allowed to use hosted online server courses, but not SCORM-compliant content. Customers with Office 365 Pro Plus are allowed to use only Office 365 hoste e-learning courses (SCORM-compliant content is not allowed). Customer prices are based on the agreement between the customer and the customer`s reseller.
