The agreements contained in this database contain general terms and conditions, prices and information on fees. If you are looking for information specific to your account, contact the bank or institution that issued your card. By law, the issuer must provide you with your consent upon request. If you have difficulty obtaining your consent, you notify us by filing a complaint. This search method applies to all credit card agreements as of the last quarterly collection of CFPB credit card contracts. The January 2016 archive is a sample collected by Bureau staff from the publicly accessible websites of the largest credit card issuers during the first week of January 2016 and does not constitute a complete set of agreements). Credit card issuers are generally required to publish on their websites the credit card agreements they offer to the public, with limited exceptions. If you have any questions about the agreements yourself, contact the card issuer directly. We have put together marketing agreements for credit card issuers with universities or affiliated organizations. We also have an obligation to report to Congress on the status of university credit card agreements. The drop-down list includes credit card issuers that have submitted credit card agreements in accordance with section 204 of the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act 2009 (CARD Act).
